Family photography has always been a meaningful way to capture the essence of family connections. It freezes moments in time, allowing us to reflect on relationships, milestones, and the memories that shape who we are.
When Jenn reached out in the spring about planning a family session for August, I was so excited to be able to capture this special moment in time for them. They had family traveling in from out of the country and out of state to visit. It provided the perfect opportunity to update family photos, especially with a beautiful new grandbaby!
Like all sessions, we had a consultation call to discuss the fun details and outfit planning. Rachel's beautiful blue and green print dress fit the location beautifully and was the foundation for planning the outfit colors for the rest of the family.
The backdrop of the session was the beautiful pond and zinnia field at Milton Hershey School which complemented their outfits perfectly. The weather was gorgeous and provided the perfect natural lighting. We used the time to capture the entire family unit and then took individual photos that included siblings and families.
Allen and Jenn,
You have the most beautiful family
and you all are the sweetest! It was pure joy
to be able to spend this time with you
and capture these memories!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
XO,
Wendy
Sharing a few of my favorites! Enjoy!
As you look at the pictures from this beautiful family session keep in mind that family photography is more than a collection of images.
It is a story told in moments, emotions, and connections. It offers a way to celebrate growth, resilience, and the dynamics that define our relationships. Pictures are a reminder of the strength, love, and support woven into families. They preserve the rich tapestry of family life for generations to come.
A reminder to capture the picture! Tell your story!
